Welcome to the revised and improved website.

is a focus for research into interim management and the recent Research section contains brief descriptions and links to much of the research carried out into the business over the last 5 years and sometimes beyond. The Current Articles contains links to many of the articles written on interim management both nationally and internationally.

The secondary role for is to provide support to the interim management industry. Over the past 5 years that has grown from giving informal, and often unpaid for advice, to fully developed services for those considering a career change, for developing IM providers and for the staff working in those organizations.

As the world economy pulls out of recession again this will be an exciting time for interim management as it was when we came out of the last one. Companies who had cut back too hard then to survive had lost the capacity to capitalize on improvements in the market place and were desperate to overcome their skills shortages. Suddenly demand for experienced, successful and high-level managers outstripped supply and it will be the same again this time.

If the conditions which brought about the current difficulties are global, so are the solutions and that opens up some very exciting opportunities for the industry and is committed to supporting it at all levels.
