Interim Management Coaching

Interim management is tough. It is not the soft option for a redundant executive that it used to be. These days interim managers are expected to be seasoned professionals delivering results from the first week of the assignment.

If you have gone through a service provider that is fine. They will be there to support you, coach you and maybe even provide an experienced mentor in your field if that is what you need to make a success of the assignment.

But if you are going direct to a client, and around 75% of assignments are won that way, then who do you turn to? This could be especially important if your assignment was abroad.

forim are able to provide experienced coaches who have been interim managers themselves, who have managed a wide range of difficult assignments and who are prepared to the support you require throughout the assignment for one of your days pay.

Our involvement will start with a meeting, preferably on or near to the client’s site at the start of the assignment, telephone or e-mail support during the assignment and a de-brief at the end of it.
