Mentoring

The distinction between coaching and mentoring is sometimes seen as being purely semantic. All of our mentors are quite clear: they have specific experience of working for service providers at all levels and are able to offer a specific and target focused service to the industry.

At the top level we are able to advise and mentor chief executives of newly formed interim divisions or of companies breaking into this market. At a lower level we are able to mentor recently arrived consultants and to help them develop releasing the more senior staff to get on with the real business.

Our package is very much client driven, is adjusted to the needs of the business and is priced accordingly.
